This site is run by Eden Zohar Tattoos, Rishon LeZion, registered in Israel as an exempt dealer (osek patur); the dealer number is given to clients before any deposit is paid (“the business”). Using the site means accepting these terms. If this English version differs from the Hebrew one, the Hebrew version prevails.
What the site offers
The site shows Eden Zohar’s work and lets you send a tattoo request on WhatsApp. Sending the form is not a booking: a session is booked only after Eden replies, a date is agreed and a deposit is paid. Nothing is bought or paid on the site itself.
Age
The service is for clients aged 18 and over. From 15 to 17, tattooing is possible only with one parent present and consenting: the parent comes to the studio with their ID and the ID appendix (sefach) listing the minor, and signs a written consent, and the minor brings their own ID. There are no tattoos under 15. You may be asked for ID before your session.
Price, deposit and cancellation
The consultation is free. Each piece is priced individually after the consultation, by size, detail and placement.
- Deposit: a deposit of ₪300 secures the session and is taken off the full price of the tattoo. It can be paid by Bit, PayBox or bank transfer.
- Cancelling or rescheduling up to 3 days before the session: you can cancel and get the deposit back, or move the session, and the deposit moves to the new date.
- Cancelling within 3 days of the session, or not showing up: the deposit is not refunded, because the slot was held for you and the sketch was prepared in advance.
- Your right to cancel under the Consumer Protection Law: if you booked remotely (on WhatsApp or by phone), you may cancel within 14 days of booking, as long as you cancel at least two days that are not rest days before the session. The deposit is then refunded within 14 days, less a cancellation fee of 5% of the deposit (₪15).
- If Eden cancels the session: the deposit is refunded in full, or moved to a new date, as you prefer.

Photos and designs
The photos on the site and Eden Zohar’s sketches and original designs are protected by copyright. They may not be copied, published or tattooed elsewhere without written permission. Some gallery pieces are based on characters, artworks or public figures whose rights belong to their owners; they are shown only as examples of the work. Sketch mockups on the body are illustrations only, and every tattoo heals differently depending on skin, placement and aftercare.
Liability
The information on the site is given in good faith and in general terms; it does not replace a personal consultation. WhatsApp and Instagram are external services with their own terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Israeli law, and the competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction.
