Privacy policy

This policy explains what information the site collects, how it is used and what your rights are, under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 1981.
What information is collected
In the tattoo form you can give:
- Your name.
- A description of the tattoo you want: the idea, style, placement, size and preferred timing.
- Your phone number: it is not asked for in the form; the artist sees it through WhatsApp when you send the message.
You are under no legal obligation to give this information, but without it we cannot plan a tattoo with you.
Nothing is stored in a site database
The site has no database. What you fill in is not sent to or stored on the site’s server. Until you send it, the draft is kept only in your browser (sessionStorage), so your answers survive a trip to WhatsApp and back, and it is deleted when you close the tab.
Pressing “Send on WhatsApp” opens WhatsApp with a ready message. It is sent only if you press send yourself, and from then on WhatsApp’s (Meta’s) privacy policy also applies. The information is used only to answer you and arrange the service, and is not passed to any third party for any other purpose.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses no tracking, advertising or marketing cookies. For statistics it uses Umami Analytics, which counts visits and clicks on the contact buttons. The data is aggregated and anonymous, collected without cookies or cross-site tracking, and does not identify anyone.
Hosting and security
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web server, it briefly logs technical data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and operation. The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
When information may be disclosed
Your information is never sold or passed to a third party, except where the law, an authority or a court order requires it.
How long it is kept
The WhatsApp conversation is kept as long as it is needed to plan the tattoo, support you while it heals, and honour the touch-up guarantee. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time, unless part of it must be kept by law (for example tax records).
Photos of clients
The tattoo photos in the gallery are published with the consent of the clients in them. If you appear in one and want it removed, get in touch and it will be taken down.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information: the site is served over an encrypted connection, collects no personal data on its server, and WhatsApp messages are end-to-end encrypted. Still, no online system is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
If the site starts using other tools (such as marketing cookies or an advertising pixel), this policy will be updated first and your consent asked for where required. The date of the last update is at the top.
Your rights
Under section 13 of the Protection of Privacy Law you may review the information you gave, and under section 14 you may ask for information that is wrong, incomplete, unclear or out of date to be corrected or deleted. You can also ask for your conversation with the studio to be deleted.
